Australia is such a beautiful country, especially around the coast.  I arrived in Australia on May the 18th and I've taken hundreds of photographs of the scenery alone.  One photograph I took of the waves along The Sunshine Coast I just have to make a painting of.  It was an interesting challenge to paint waves, it was something different.  I know that some artists struggle painting waves, but I'm quite pleased with my attempt.  It was the first painting I did in Australia and it won't be the last by any means.

Noosa has everything!  Its got good nightlife, beautiful women, great weather and a host of other things.  What more can you ask for?  A job would be nice, so I can pay the bills and go out more often.  However nice a country it is, I still miss some parts of Ireland.  If I go back to live in Ireland I want to live in Galway.  It's a shame Ireland is so wet and windy a lot of the time, but its still got a lot going for it besides pubs and pints of Guinness.
